Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

 

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $100.00!

  • We use Australia Post and Couriers for all orders depending on your location.

  • Our goal being to send your goods to you in the quickest and cheapest way possible.

  • We will process your orders within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri) to get your order to you as soon as possible. We endeavour to keep all our products in stock at all times. If an item becomes out of stock between ordering and shipping, we will advise you via phone or email (please advise us of your preferred means of communication)

 

Return Information

 

  • La Vici Kids does not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition and non-Sale items may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice within 7 days of order receipt.

  • Refunds must be approved by Laramy before proceeding.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original tender type.

  • EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).

  • No refunds offered unless for manufacturing fault.

  • We will do our best to provide accurate measurements & sizing of each garment. In the event that a garment does not fit, a size exchange may be offered, however, please note, if stock is unavailable a STORE CREDIT will be issued

  • Additional postage costs will be incurred for size or Credit Note exchanges

  • Sale items are not available for exchange

 

SALE items and reduced items are not available for refund, return or exchange (this includes FLASH % OFF SALES)

Returns Process

  • Refunds will be given using your original payment method.

  • Return requests must be logged by phone or email within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • A copy of the order invoice/receipt and contact information and reason for return (after contacting us) must be attached to return parcel or the return will be cancelled

  • Please note: If item is returned without tags, packaging or paper work, Laramy reserves the right to refuse refund/store credit or deduct a repackaging fee.

  • Authorised exchanges must be returned to Laramy within 5 Business days via registered post, as we will not be liable for any items that go missing.

  •  If item is found to be faulty, return postage will be refunded by Laramy

 

A full refund of the goods and the cost of shipping will apply if they are deemed defective.
